Wärtsilä to Supply LNG Package for Offshore Support Vessel

Wärtsilä has been awarded a contract to supply a complete liquefied natural gas (LNG) package, including the propulsion, auxiliaries and controls, for a new offshore support vessel designed by STX Marine, Inc. The ship has been ordered by Harvey Gulf International Marine as a part of the company's "Going Green" initiative.

Van Oord to Deepen Port and Reclaim Land in Indonesia

Van Oord has been awarded a contract by PT PP (Persero) TBK for deepening the port and reclaiming land for a new terminal area in Tanjung Priok, Jakarta, the largest container port in Indonesia. The contract is part of the Kalibaru North Container Terminal Phase 1 Project, which will expand the port of Tanjung Priok by 4.5 million teus (twenty-foot equivalent units).
